On her alone time away from her kids and her husband, she loves to hang out with her friends, shop with her sister and go on Maycations.

Lupe joins Escrow Hub with over two decades' experience in real estate, earning the reputation as an escrow professional dedicated to the details of closing transactions. Quickly working her way up from the receptionist desk of a major real estate franchise in Southern California to the position of Transaction Coordinator, she transitioned to the world of escrow as an Escrow Assistant all in the same year.  She soon discovered that the hectic world of real estate closings and her skill set were a good fit, to the benefit of real estate professionals and homeowners everywhere.  Today she fills a critical role in Escrow Hub as Escrow Officer, partnering the team to handle growing volume while maintaining the same exceptional degree of client service. Lupe does manage to balance work with life,  enjoying her time with her husband of over twenty years and two children here in the Los Angeles area.

Delivering outstanding client service and finding innovative solutions define Ellen’s reputation at the Escrow Hub Downey’s office. Her clients cite her accessibility (no call goes to voicemail or email left unanswered) and thoroughness as a few reasons they love to work with her. Ellen’s well versed in the world of real estate settlement services, having spent over 25 years in the industry inclusive of 18+ years exclusively as an escrow professional and serving as curative lead and title specialist.  Outside of work she loves travel, baseball, and spending time with family.

With over 16 years’ experience in all aspects of the escrow process including residential purchase and refinances, commercial and 1031 Exchange transactions, Diego embodies the true qualities of an escrow professional demonstrated by his attention to detail and organizational skills. Diego is an alumnus of California State University Long Beach, holding a B.S. in Business Management and Supply Chain Management. He spends his quality time with a healthy mixture of fitness, reading, wine tasting, and a bit of reality TV binge-watching for good measure.
